Deer Run Winery is located in Geneseo, NY on the western side of Conesus Lake and about 25 miles south of Rochester. It is part of "The Little Finger Lakes Wine Path." The winery was founded by George and Joan Kuyon and opened its doors to the public in 2003. Deer Run wines can be purchased at liquor stores in Rochester, its suburbs and in the Buffalo and Elmira area.

The winery offers social and educational events throughout the year and invites the public to attend. In addition to the tasting room, there is a gift shop which showcases food and gift items from many of the area's producers. A banquet room rental is available for small parties of 50 or less.
